What can taste more desirable than peaches in season, those juicy, ripe, mouth watering fruit bites are one of my season’s favorite snacks, plus a dessert is always a pleasant welcome sight in my house, and adding some more sugar, flavor and textures to the fruit can only make it tastier. Along with fruits, ice cream is another one of my household favorite, so those two combined makes just the perfect dessert.
First off here’s a list of items you need to bake “Cinnamon Sugar Peaches”
- 3 large ripe peaches
- Vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar, light
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Butter, salted
These baked peaches are so easy to make, plus they taste amazing. I love to top my baked peaches with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Slice peaches in half and remove the pit. Place in a oven safe pan. Place a small piece (about 3/4 tsp) of butter in the middle of each Peach.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Then sprinkle over the peach.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until Golden.
Top it with ice cream, and enjoy!
